IMPROVERS CRAWL COURSE 2024
If it’s to enjoy a new autumn challenge for greater efficiency and ease, to challenge yourself to build on your longer summer swim distances or to prepare for a spring competition, WILD EDGE SWIM will help you achieve these goals.
In a fun and supportive learning environment you’ll be guided every step of the way.
Give yourself the treat of time to undertake this course and realise your goals big or small.
This course is for swimmers who can either do slow continuous crawl, or can maintain crawl over a certain length such as 150-200 meters.
This course will help you become more efficient, be able to maintain your stroke without becoming breathless and have greater speed as a result of these things. Mooring up solid foundations we will cover the finer points of crawl to really hone your stroke.
This course will be delivered from Battery Rocks, Wherrytown or Penzance Harbour, all within Mount’s Bay.
St Anthony’s car park, TR18 4AU is the nearest car park to all these venues.
